In line with the provisions of SECTION 13 of the amended NAPE Constitution, please be advised that the 2024 Annual General Meeting (AGM) is slated as follows:
Date: Monday, November 11, 2024
Venue: Eko Hotel and Suites, Lagos.
Time: 5.30pm
I am personally excited to inform and invite us to the 2024 AGM – a meeting for us to collectively reflect on our beloved Association (for the past year) as well as develop strategies for the future.
Proposed Agenda:
1. Opening Prayers and Opening Remarks
2. Reading and Adoption of the 2023 AGM minutes
3. The Presidential address
4. Report from the General Secretary
5. Report from the Board of Trustees
6. Report from the Advisory Council
7. Reports from the Chapters
8. Reports from the Financial Secretary and the Auditors.
9. Announcement of 2024 Election Results
10. AOB
In the coming days (as stipulated in our Constitution), I will be circulating to us the minutes of our 2023 AGM as well as our audited financial statements.
